My Self Referral is a new, simple and confidential way for young people to refer themselves for support for non-urgent or crisis cases without needing to see a GP or healthcare professional. The website is user-friendly and accessible, with information, tips and signposting to resources that help children and young people manage and take care of their mental health.

Worth-it is dedicated to preventing mental health problems through developing positive mental health and wellbeing in children and young people.
Worth-it was founded with the aim to apply evidence-based approaches of positive psychology and coaching psychology to create real change and prevent mental health problems for children and young people. This developed into our innovative approach to prevention, through improving wellbeing and developing positive mental health.
Worth-it’s fun and engaging resilience and wellbeing workshops give children and young people the opportunity to explore a variety of resources for supporting resilience and developing wellbeing. The sessions encourage the development of positive coping strategies, helping participants to better manage the pressures and challenges they face in their daily lives.

Our trained volunteers are there for you 24/7 to listen and support you to get to a calmer and safe place. Shout is a free, a service for anyone in the UK. It won’t appear on your phone bill.

Stem4 is a charity that promotes positive mental health in teenagers and those who support them including their families and carers, education professionals, as well as school nurses and GPs through the provision of mental health education, resilience strategies and early intervention.
