Power outage
Dear patients
We are currently experiencing a severe power outage which we believe may be related to nearby electrical works. This has resulted in complete loss of phone lines and access to our patient record system.
If you have an urgent need to access the practice today, please either call 111 or attend the Urgent Care Centre at Loughborough hospital. If you have a scheduled appointment today, then you will need to rebook this. Unfortunately we cannot do this today as our systems are down.
We apologise for any inconvenience, we will update you as soon as the situation has resolved.
